The Coffee Bar is incredibly versatile and can be used for just about anything. It has coffee shop elements, like an espresso machine, industrial shelving holding decor, and a vegan leather banquette bench accompanied by a round marble table. There is a 7’ long counter wrapped in gray tambour that would be perfect for a point of sale shot as well as general CPG product and lifestyle shots. There are wood and metal benches sitting in front of the counter as well so the whole set could be dressed up to look like a functioning coffee shop or wine bar.

This one is exciting because product photography can be tricky for so many people. We built a 4’x5’ table at counter height for plenty of space to style with backdrops as well as 53’ seamless rolls. Our lighting setup allows for turnkey commercial product photos that stay consistent throughout the course of a full day shoot.

Our Cyc Wall is designed for ecomm as well as interviews and full styling. The backlights are programmable to any RGB color and can be operated via app or remote from the floor.

First things first - this is a non-functioning bathroom with no running water. It’s perfect for product shots and was most specifically designed for beauty shots at the sink and vanity. It’s great for transition shots from the bathroom to the bedroom and vice versa. It comes equipped with towels, mirror, vanity bench, plants, non-descript product bottles, a shower, and bathtub.

The bedroom features a queen sized bed and mattress on dark wood floors with mullion wall treatment. There are two side tables with lamps (non-functioning) and a fuzzy white CB2 bench at the end of the bed. The ottomans can be moved around to create shape or foreground to the set. The Bedroom is designed to shoot as an en-suite with the bathroom as well.

The Flex Space is completely open. Use the concrete floors and white wall to create whatever look you need to shoot.

The Nook serves anyone wanting to create a work from home look. The space comes with a white desk, a white standing desk, and a white bookshelf filled with styled goods. Makers, creators, and shop owners can also merchandise the bookshelf with products for a boutique shop look.

This stylish and minimal space is perfect for recording fitness videos, yoga/pilates classes, product and lifestyle shots, as well as portraits. It comes with vertical maple slats that bend into the corner, a tall plant, a tall mirror, yoga mats, yoga blocks, and concrete flooring.

Our White Brick set is perfect for shooting fitness, ecomm, portraits, or staging for product shots. The space is open and clean and outfitted with NYC-style brick finishing and concrete floors. There is a rollup garage door on the left side if you’re looking at the brick. It can be opened for natural (indirect) light or closed for total control.

Our Living Room is furnished with a sectional sofa, modern coffee table, unique side chair, as well as poofs, end tables, plants, and a floor lamp. It’s perfect for product and lifestyle shots and can be used as part of a continuous shot that carries through the Dining Room and into the Kitchen.

Our dining room features an oak table with seating for 6 - four chairs and a two-person bench. We have kept the furniture in this room minimal and classic. We have basic flatware and plates to stage the table and you are also welcome to bring in elements that go along with the brand guidelines of your shoot.

Our Kitchen is perfect for product and lifestyle shoots. The electric range is functional but requires permission for operating before each shoot. We also have a working fridge and sink with additional outlets on the countertops to plug in appliances. All the props in the kitchen are yours to use and move around; we just ask that you return everything to its original position when you’re finished with your rental.
